Nathan Lawrence Benedict, age 27 of 112 13th St., Adel was cited and released for driving while license suspended at 150th St., and L Ave., Perry.

Jonathan Milledge of Winterset was traveling south on Green St., De Soto when he stopped at the intersection of Locust St to wait for a vehicle to turn when he was rear ended by a vehicle driven by Lillie Smith of Winterset. No injuries reported. Damage to Milledge’s vehicle estimated at $1500.00 and $1000.00 to Smith’s.Smith was cited for failure to stop in assured and clear distance.
