Along with athletic fields, the City of Stuart has issued guidelines for reserving facilities at City parks. A park facility rental agreement and liability waiver must be submitted to the City before using the facilities, which include: the shelter house and gazebo at Lawbaugh Park, the downtown pocket park pergola, and the Eagle Scout shelter house.
All facilities are available to rent from now until November from 10am-10pm. There is no rental cost, with the exception of the gazebo at Lawbaugh Park, which is $50. All facilities are open to the public, with the exception of the Eagle Scout shelter house, which is only open to scouting organizations. While restrooms are open to the public at Lawbaugh Park, there are no public restrooms at the other two facilities. The City will also not provide or maintain temporary restroom facilities for general reservations.
