A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 200 block of Main Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a car in the ditch in the 1200 block of 245th Street. Lyle Hoyle 88 of Bagley fell asleep and went into the ditch. There was no damage to the vehicle.

A deputy tried to locate a pig running at large in the 100 block of 250th Street.

Friday, May 4th

A deputy assisted getting a train engineer out of a train on Maple Street in Scranton who had a medical issue.

A deputy tried to locate cattle out on 140th Street west of Churdan.

A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 2300 block of Neola Avenue.

A deputy investigated an abuse complaint in the 300 block of 8th Street, Grand Junction.

Robert Fry 55 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint on U Avenue just south of Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint on H Avenue near Adaza.

A deputy investigated a fire at the John Deere plant in Paton. Paton Fire responded, and they found an overheated air compressor.

Saturday, May 5th

A deputy investigated a driving complaint on Redwood Avenue near 283rd Street.

A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a domestic in the 1300 block of Westwood Drive.

Michelle Howard 23 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for burglary 2nd degree, Operating while intoxicated, and possession of a controlled substance 1st offense.

A deputy investigated a report of gunshots somewhere in Scranton.

A deputy investigated a found syringe in the 400 block of 19th Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint at Casey’s in Grand Junction.

Shawn Gifford 27 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for a probation violation.

A deputy investigated a wash out on the roadway in the 1300 block of W Avenue.

A deputy assisted with a out of control child in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

A deputy investigated a suspicious person on 220th Street near N Avenue.

Sunday, May 6th

Michael Dennhardt 49 of Rippey was booked into the jail for operating while intoxicated 1st offense.

A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 700 block of School Street, Churdan.

A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with traffic control on N Avenue and 220th Street for a spill. The Jefferson Fire Department cleaned the spill.

A deputy investigated a driving complaint in the 100 block of 9th Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a suspicious person in the 500 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated a domestic in the 500 block of 5th Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy assisted with a medical call on N Avenue just north of Jefferson.

Monday, May 7th

A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint in the 900 block of Sand Street, Churdan.

A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 400 block of Howard Street, Rippey.

A deputy investigated a theft in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

A deputy assisted DHS with a call in the 800 block of High Street, Scranton.

A deputy investigated a fire in the 200 block of 6th Street, Grand Junction. Grand Junction fire was able to extinguish the fire. Charges are pending for arson.

A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle in the 900 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle in the 2200 block of 230th Street.

A deputy assisted the Carroll Police Department with locating a subject in Adaza.

A deputy investigated an open door in the 1800 block of 195th Street.

A deputy investigated a harassment complaint in the 1000 block of Irving Street, Scranton.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
