ACEThe Adair County Fair is a little less than a month away. With that in mind there are plenty of reminders for Adair County 4-H and FFA members regarding fair projects and other events.

All entries to the fair are due by July 2nd to the ISU Extension and Outreach office in Greenfield. State Fair entries are also due July 1st. First project practices are currently underway at 6:30pm every Wednesday at the county fairgrounds until the week of the fair. If you purchased a county fair t-shirt, they can be picked up at the extension office from June 27-July 16. After the 16th they can be picked up during the fair. Wristbands and county fair passes can also be picked up at the extension office starting July 2nd.

Adair County Extension 4-H and Youth Coordinator Emily Ide tells Raccoon Valley Radio how people can access information on all the events at the fair. “We have just a lot of fun things going on this year. Actually, fair books are available now for pick up. You can come into the extension office and get one. We also just have little pamphlet schedules that do a nice job as well. That will tell the public everything that’s going on.”
