While kids may not want to hear it, the new school year is almost upon us. With that in mind, the Perry School District is asking all families new to the District to register this week.
Families with students attending Perry High School especially are asked to stop into the school or administration offices downtown by Friday, August 10th. School officials say it’s important that new families register students early, so the District has plenty of time to get records from previous schools before the start of the year. All returning students will need to be registered before the start of classes at their respective building. The year will start for 1st through 12th graders on August 23rd, kindergarten will begin August 24th, and preschool starts on August 30th.
Anyone with questions is encouraged to stop in or call the administrative office at 515-465-4656. For more information, click the link below to visit the Perry School District’s website.
