The Guthrie County Board of Supervisors will meet in regular session today.

County Transfer Station Executive Director Jotham Arber will update the Board on last week’s meeting on the 28E agreements regarding the surrounding counties and cities for services. The Board will review the agreements for possible approval. Arber will also give a general update on the station.

County Conservation Director Joe Hanner, Facilities Manager Brandon Thompson, and Engineer Josh Sebern will give departmental updates. Other proposed action items include two grant usage agreements with the Secondary Roads Department and the Iowa Department of Transportation, as well as the 2018 Guthrie County zoning permits report.

The meeting begins at 9am in the Supervisors’ Room at the Guthrie County Courthouse in Guthrie Center.
