The Stuart Cottage Pantry served an even higher number of families for May than they did in April.

The total number of local families served this month was 107 and the number of individuals were 370. Plus, the food pantry delivered 9 home meals in May.

Meals are served to the community every Wednesday from 2-5pm and the second and fourth Saturdays each month from 9-11am.

The public can always donate to the food pantry. Acceptable items are non-perishable items that are not expired or opened.

Also the proceeds from Stuart’s first Scoop the Loop night Saturday will benefit the Cottage Pantry.
