Kelsey Harder of Van Meter was traveling north on Seneca Ave., when she lost control, slid through the intersection and down into the ditch on 365th St. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $8000.00

Alison Brianne Schwartz, age 30 of 117 West Spring, Colfax was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear for pretrial-original charges of theft and possession of a controlled substance.

Brandon Lee Stucker, age 21 of 1907 West 3rd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of OWI, carrying weapons, failure to affix drug stamp and probation violation.

Derrick Lynn Sandy, age 49 of 405 S State St., Madrid was arrested at 1st Ave., and Highway 141 for OWI.
