The Greene County Sheriff’s Office responded to numerous calls of tree branches and other debris down on the roadways due to the severe thunderstorm that crossed Greene County earlier in the morning.

A deputy and the chief deputy responded to a reported burglary in the 2300 block of X Avenue. An investigation was initiated and is ongoing at this time.

A deputy was dispatched to Rippey for a reported theft of money. The theft is under investigation at this time.
