A Democratic Presidential candidate will be paying a visit to Perry next week for a meet and greet event.

John Delaney will make an appearance at the Perry Perk Coffee Shop on Tuesday, February 19th from 4-5:30 p.m. Delaney is the first officially declared Presidential candidate to visit Perry ahead of the 2020 Iowa Caucuses. The former U.S. Representative from Maryland’s 6th Congressional District announced his intention to seek the Democratic nomination in 2017, simultaneously announcing that he would not seek re-election to Congress this past year.
