Funeral Services for Karen Younie, 64, of Jefferson will be 11:00 am Saturday,at St. Olaf Lutheran Church in Fort Dodge with the family present to greet friends at the church at 10:00 am one hour prior to the service. Graveside Services will be held at 4:00 pm Saturday, at Riverside Cemetery in Rockford, Iowa. Visitation will be after 11:00 am Friday, at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson with the family present to greet friends from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Memorials are suggested to the Greene County Schools and may be left at Slininger-Rossow Funeral Home in Jefferson.

Karen is survived by her husband Bob; her children: Erin (Cory) Jenkins of Johnston, IA, Michael (Cori) Younie of Aurora, IL, and Jennifer (David) Suchan of Waterloo, IA; 7 grandchildren: Amani and Joshua Jenkins, Bryce, Kellen, and Hadley Younie, and Leland and Bella Suchan; her parents Sylvan and Thelma Kock of Rockford, IA; sisters: Carma Hillman of Marble Rock, IA, Brenda (Richard) Dight of Rockford, IA, and Sherrine Bundt of Wisconsin; brother-in-law David (Renae) Younie of Ames, IA; sister-in-law Linda (Kevin) Petersen of California; other relatives and many friends.
