A deputy was asked by the Fort Dodge Police Department to try and locate a Churdan resident that was involved in an altercation in Fort Dodge late Tuesday evening. The deputy was unable to locate the male subject at that time.

A deputy was advised of a car-deer accident that occurred on D Avenue just north of 130th Street. The driver did not need the deputy to file a state report due to the age of his vehicle but needed a tow truck dispatched to the accident scene.

A deputy checked the report of a hitchhiker near the Casey’s General Store in Grand Junction. The female subject was not located at that time.

A deputy while on routine patrol in Grand Junction was informed of a possible assault that had occurred earlier in the evening. The deputy contacted and spoke personally with all parties involved and they stated that nothing further was needed at that time.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all  defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
