Larry Latshaw of Minburn was traveling in the 24000 block of N Ave., when his vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $2000.00.

Rebecca Dixon of Windsor, CO., was traveling near the 115 mile marker of Interstate 80 when her vehicle struck a deer. No injuries reported. Damage to the vehicle estimated at $15000.00.

Larry Bednar of Granger was traveling west on State St., entering the intersection and turning south onto Highway 141 when he was struck by a vehicle driven by Angela Brenizer of Norwalk. Bednar was transported the hospital by Granger EMS. Damage to Brenizer’s vehicle estimated at $3000.00 and $3000.00 to Bednar’s. Brenizer was cited for failure to respond to steady red light and Bednar was cited for failure to have insurance.

Pablo Antonio Lopez Trejo, age 26, address unkown was arrested at 1912 Main St., Granger for interference with official acts and public intoxication.

Lamiya Lanay Smith, age 19 of 1152 SE Mapleleaf Lane, Waukee was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of driving while license suspended.

Scotty Lee Hays, age 29 of 1501 West 3rd St., Perry was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear-original charge of domestic abuse.
