The Panorama softball team will have a tough task tonight as they face Van Meter in their first post season contest.

The Panthers come in with an even 8-8 record, while the Bulldogs have found some success despite having an incredibly young team with a 13-8 record. The last time these two teams played, Van Meter jumped out to a quick 6-0 before Panorama cut that in half in the bottom of the fifth inning. Then the Bulldogs got on a roll and scored 14 runs in the sixth inning and would go on to win 18-5 after six innings.

The winner of this game will play either Madrid or Earlham Friday evening. First pitch is set for 7 p.m. at Van Meter High School.
