
West Central Valley Wildcat volleyball had a game on Tuesday night against Interstate 35, and were able to put up a very good showing in their win, winning by the score of three sets to none 25-14, 25-20, and 25-19.
The Wildcats were once again able to get some big performances from their young team, led by some talented sophomores. Emily Goodner has constantly been great for this Wildcats team this season, and once again was with 16 kills on the night, leading the team in that statistic with the Wildcats putting up 39 kills total.
The team also was able to do a great job on the defensive end, as they were able to put together 57 total digs on the night. Senior Grace Hammond led the team with 15 and sophomore Isabella Munoz was able to tally on 13 of her own. Goodner also tallied eleven as well and sophomore Kinzie Alt also have 11 digs to go along with 7 kills.
The Wildcats will not have another game this week but will be back on the court next week with multiple matches scheduled at Saydel High School.
