1:57am: A Traffic Stop at Maple and Washington Streets resulted in Kyle Rysavy of Jefferson being cited for, “Driving While Suspended.”

4:29pm: Jennifer Miller reported being Harassed while conducting a Civil Property Exchange at 406 East Washington Street.

4:50pm: Ryan Patterson reported a female was at his residence, located at 505 North Grimmell Road, and began acting “crazy” and yelling at him. He advised he left the residence to avoid problems and was going to stay with a friend for the evening.

8:33pm: Denise Silva spoke to an officer about a Civil Property Dispute occurring at 505 North Grimmell Road between her daughter and her estranged boyfriend. The officer assisted the daughter in collecting her property.

********* An officer has sent Juvenile Charges to the court for an 11-year-old male juvenile for, Theft 5th Degree – Simple. The charge stems from an investigation that began on 09/14/2020, in which a UPS delivery was made to the residence, but did not belong to the resident. The ordered items were never given back to the subject who ordered them, prompting the charge.
