A teenager that was reported missing in Adel over the weekend has been found safe.

According to the Dallas County Sheriff’s Office 15-year-old Mackenzie Lyons was found safely Monday evening. Lyons was reported missing Saturday morning after being seen  getting into a black or dark blue mid-2000 four-door Honda Accord Friday afternoon.
