12:00pm: James Cunningham 46 homeless was booked into the jail for a violation of probation.

1:08pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 800 block of Q Avenue.

2:14pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 200 block of South 19th Street, Grand Junction.

2:17pm: A deputy investigated a burglary in the 2400 block of 337th Street.

6:20pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 400 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

10:40pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near D Avenue.

Wednesday, November 5th

1:38am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a pursuit that started in Jefferson and ended in Churdan. Angel Vaughn 37 of Tama was arrested for operating while under the influence 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, and Eluding.

3:30am: Angel Vaughn 37 of Tama was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, and Eluding.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all

defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
