Mahmoud Itani, age 62, 32869 Hideaway Ln, Adel, was arrested for Possession Of Controlled Substance and Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia.

 Ronald Heitman, Council Bluffs was traveling east bound at about the 109 mile marker of I-80 when he slowed for an accident.  His car was struck from behind by Christopher Rowe, Omaha, NE.  Neither occupants sustained any injuries and damage to Mr. Heitman’s car was estimated at $2000.  Mr. Rowe’s car sustained approximately $2000 damage.  Mr. Rowe was cited for Failure To Stop With Assured Clear Distance. 

 Nov. 27

Joshua Riley, Dawson, was traveling in the 17000 block of Highway 141, when he struck a deer.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $3500.  He was able to drive the vehicle from the scene. 

 Dylan Slater, Clive, was traveling in the 33000 block of K Ave when he slowed and pulled onto the shoulder.  The soft shoulder cause him to slowly roll the van into the ditch.  No injuries were reported and the vehicle was towed from the scene.  Damage was estimated at $10000.

 Nov. 28

Larry L. Morgan, age 37, 2111 South Virginia Ave, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Public Intoxication. 

 A juvenile driver was west bound in the 28000 block of 322nd Place, when he hit a deer.  There were no injuries and damage was estimated at $4000.

 Linda Hurt, Adel, was traveling south on Highway 169, when she hit a deer.  There were no injuries reported and damage was estimated at $3000.

 Nov. 29

Michelle Bacon, Perry, was traveling north in the 16000 block of N Ave. when she struck a deer.  No injuries were reported and damage was estimated at $3500.
