Jan 20: Arrest: Nicole Janelle Baez, age 41, 1717 3rd Street, Perry was taken into custody and charged with theft 5th degree. 

Officers responded to the 1800 block of W 4th Street on a report of a domestic disturbance. Situation calmed.
