A reminder that with the President’s Day holiday coming up on Monday,  multiple building closures and changes will impact Perry and Adel. 

For Perry residents, the Perry City Offices, Perry Water Works Office, McCreary Community Building and Perry Public Library will be closed on Monday. However, those who are 18 and over can still use the McCreary Community Building 24-hour fitness room.  The Perry City Council meeting that was scheduled for Monday will be moved to Tuesday. Garbage routes for Monday will instead be picked up on Tuesday and garbage routes scheduled for Tuesday will be picked up on Wednesday. 

The City of Adel closures include  Adel City Hall and Adel Public Library. Garbage routes in Adel will not be affected. Finally, the Dallas County Courthouse will also be closed on Monday in observance of the holiday.
