The Perry Elks Lodge No. 407 held its annual installation of officers and Elk of the Year presentation at an event this past Saturday. 

The Elk of the Year award was presented to Steve Stammer who has been a member since March 1999. Stammer was given the award for being an important behind the scenes member of the lodge. The Perry Elks also installed its new slate of officers.

Since its inception in 1898, the Perry Elks have given back nearly $4 million to the Perry community and for 2020-2021 they contributed more than $11,000.
