3:57am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street near Hillcrest Avenue.

4:42am: A deputy removed a deer from the roadway on 220th Street near S Avenue.

6:07am: A deputy investigated a car deer accident in the 1700 block of R Avenue. Amanda Clouse 31 of Jefferson struck a deer with a 2016 Jeep Renegade causing an estimated 250 dollars damage.

12:53pm:A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 1100 block of 330th Street.

2:31pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on 13th Street and Main Street, Grand Junction.

2:38pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near J Avenue.

4:13pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near M Avenue.

9:35pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 100 block of 190th Street. Randall Venteicher 52 of Scranton was arrested for domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense.

Tuesday, May 4th

12:59am: Randall Venteicher 52 of Scranton was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 3rd or subsequent offense.

2:01am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint on 19th Street and Sandoe Street, Grand Junction.

8:34am: A deputy investigated a suspicious vehicle on Orchard Avenue and 170th Street.

8:40am: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on S Avenue near 220th Street.

10:57am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 220th Street near Pioneer Avenue.

3:05pm: Tashina Taylor 38 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for domestic abuse assault 1st offense.

3:31pm: A deputy investigated a theft in the 2400 block of E Avenue.

3:43pm: A deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for window tint and driving while barred. The Sheriff, deputies, Dallas County Sheriff’s Office, Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Perry Police Department, Granger Police Department, Iowa State Patrol, and Dallas County EMS pursued the vehicle pursued the vehicle for 1 hour before conducting several pit maneuvers and spike strips the vehicle was stopped at Highway 141 and O Avenue in Dallas County. Several patrol vehicles were damage along with the suspects vehicle. The suspect was tased and taken into custody and transported to the Greene County Jail after being checked out. Marcus Terrell 29 of Carlisle was charged with Eluding, driving while barred, speed, failure to obey traffic signals, Reckless driving, and speeding violations.

9:55pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 1100 block of Lincoln Street, Scranton.

11:34pm: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 1000 block of East Main Street, Grand Junction.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
