White 2003 Ford F150 Pickup registered to Gonzalo Jaimes-Yanes, 1609 Otley, Perry. Vehicle 2 was legally parked at 1st and Paul when it was struck by vehicle 1. Driver of vehicle 1 cited for failure to maintain control. Total estimated damages 

July 10: Arrest: Nick Barrios, age 19, 1224 5th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with driving under suspension.

Accident: Vehicle 1 black 2010 GMC Terrain, registered to Miranda Eleasar, 814 7th St., Perry driven by Filameno Miranda Zacarias, 1003 Lucinda, Perry, Vehicle 2 legally parked silver 2009 Kia Sedona registered to Fitiwi Berhe Abrhe, 1315 1st St., Perry Upon arriving in the 800 block of 7th Street officer saw vehicle 2 parked. Owner of vehicle 2 stated that as he wasa preparing to leave the area he noticed a vehicle next to him that appeared to have struck his minivan. Officer looked at vehicle 1 and it appeared to have paint transfer that was silver in color on the front passenger side pumper and it appeared the height of the dent along with the paint transfer would align with the damage done to the driver side of vehicle 2. The owner of vehicle 1 advised he had been at the apartment for some time and that vehicle 2 was not there upon his arrival. Total estimated damages $1000. 

July 11: Arrest: Daniel Armando Perez Garcia, age 19, 614 4th St., Perry was taken into custody and charged with operating while intoxicated 1st, eluding, reckless driving, possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
