The West Central Valley Softball  season may be over, but here’s a look at the 2021 season by the numbers.

Other than notching the most wins since 2015, the Wildcats also improved in the hitting department. As a team they had 243 hits, much better than the 112 hits they posted in 2020. That could be in part do to newcomer Freshman Ella Sand, she had a breakout season. She led the team with hits at 48. Close behind her in the second slot was Freshman Zoey Dickson with 40 hits. Hits weren’t the only thing improved for batters in 2021. As team they raked up 181 runs vs. 99 runs in 2020.

If WCV can build on those hits, they’ll have more than 11 wins in 2022.
