For those who are looking for a  good bargain, a large string of garage sales continues today, along a major route in Dallas and Guthrie counties. 

The 141 Garage Sales are continuing today with 171 miles of sales for people to stop by and check out. The annual sale has been taking place for 19 years and goes through multiple Racoon Valley Radio-listening area communities. 

For those participating, they are asked to social distance as best as they can and wear a mask if they feel the need. Perry Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti reminds people to be careful as more people may be out and about in town. 

“It is just something for people to be aware of. There are a lot more people in town, a lot more traffic on the road. People looking for signs, maybe more so than they are looking at the road, so just be aware and be on the lookout for that as we have more people in town coming through looking for those sales.”
