8:54am: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a welfare check at Daubendiek Park.

10:48am: A deputy investigated a single vehicle accident in the 500 block of N Avenue. Randall Schwartz 65 of Nebraska was driving a semi-tractor and trailer heading south on N Avenue near 150th Street. The trailer that was attached buckled in the middle of the trailer. The Iowa Department of Transportation was called in to assist with the investigation of what happened.

10:53am: A deputy investigated a complaint of a family on bicycles blocking traffic in Churdan.

12:30pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 300 block of South 8th Street, Grand Junction.

5:11pm: A deputy arrested Danny Fees 30 of Des Moines for arrest warrants for two counts of possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense.

8:02pm: Danny Fees 30 of Des Moines was booked into the jail for two counts of possession of a controlled substance 2nd offense.

8:10pm: A deputy investigated a domestic in the 900 block of 110th Street.

9:07pm: A deputy conducted a welfare check in the 1000 block of Railroad Street, Grand Junction.

10:30pm: Jessica Duong 29 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia.

11:36pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a domestic in the 600 block of West Lincoln Way.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
