Robert Jack Scott Jr., age 25 of 1614 E Grand, Des Moines was arrested on a warrant for probation violation-original charge of domestic abuse.

Miguel Angel Hernandez Osegura, age 47 of 2520 Merle Hay Rd., Des Moines was arrested at 1708 Sycamore St., Granger for OWI, reckless driving and speeding.

Patrick Marco Kelly, age 42 was arrested on a warrant out of Kentucky for fugitive from justice.
