Mary Brown, Dallas Center, was traveling in the 30000 block of hwy 44. She attempted to pass a slow moving tractor, driven by Nickolas Thompson, Dallas Center. Mr. Thompson was turning left and hit the van Ms. Brown was driving. No injuries were reported. Damage to Ms. Brown’s vehicle was estimated at $10000 and damage to Mr. Thompson’s tractor was estimated at $5000.

Austin Kaus, age 30, 709 17th Str, Des Moines, was arrested for Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia, Operating While Under The Influence and Possession Of Controlled Substance.
Michael Amick, age 33, 725 N. 4th St, Mankato, Mn, was arrested for Harassment Of Public Official Or Employee and being a Fugitive From Justice.
Sheldon Brittain, age 23, 822 Bridge St, Redfield, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms.
Bryan Basse, age 37, 820 12th St, West Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant.

Terrell Roundtree, age 41, 1120 E. 6th St, Des Moines, was arrested on a warrant for Operating While Under The Influence.
Oct. 18
Brian Clark, age 39, 535 Laurel St, Waukee, was arrested for Providing False Identification Information.
