Iowa law permits casinos to have three sports betting companies operate within their walls and Friday night was the debut of Circa Sports Betting, based in Las Vegas. They going DraftKings and BetRivers at Wild Rose Jefferson.

A Las Vegas contingent flew to Iowa for the opening. That group included Circa owner Derek Stevenson, who told Raccoon Valley Radio the company is impressed with Wild Rose, with Greene County, the state of Iowa, and the people they met.

Wild Rose Jefferson Manager Travis Dvorak said the Circa facility in Las Vegas is the biggest in the world and he’s happy a business relationship has begun.
