As people are crossing off gifts on their list this Christmas season, a local organization has a good gift to give people. 

The Perry Chamber of Commerce has a gift that can be purchased for everyone in the form of Perry Bucks. Chamber Director Lynsi Pasutti says they can be purchased in $5 and $10 increments and can be used at Perry Chamber member businesses.

“It’s just really nice that you know you’re money is supporting local businesses, staying in our community and it also is giving an option to whoever you’re gifting to, if you don’t know them very well, $5 in Perry Bucks is really nice for those holiday parties, stocking stuffers when you are putting those kinds of things together.”

Pasutti tells Raccoon Valley Radio for those who may be interested in purchasing Perry Bucks as a gift you can call the Chamber and they can be paid for with cash or a check. 

Pasutti explains when Perry Bucks are used at the businesses they then get turned into the Chamber office to be redeemed for a check by the business.
