A free event will be taking place at the Perry Public Library tomorrow where those attending will get to meet the author of a book.

Tomorrow beginning at 2 p.m. in the Perry Public Library Community room will be the Author/Book Talk presentation with Beth Hoffman the author of Bet The Farm. Hoffman’s journey had her leaving a successful career in San Fransisco, California to run the family farm with her husband in Iowa in 2019.

The book outlines the struggles for beginning farmers. Those attending can come to the free event to hear her story.
