The AC/GC boys track team will begin their season in Leid Rec Center in Ames today.

The meet will start with field events at 9am with Payton Jacobe and Victor Gonzalez throwing shot put.

The track events will also start at 9am with the distance medley ran by Austin Kunkle, Charlie Crawford and Trevin Suhr. Next is the 4×800 ran by Justin Reinhart, Andrew Mahaffey, Bo Arrasmith and Kaden Thompson. The 60 meter dash will be ran by Taye Faulkner and Jacob Fox and the 400 meter dash will be ran by Charlie Crawford and Dawson Muller. The event the 800 meter dash will be ran by Gavin Sloss and 1600 meter event by Trevin Suhr. Finally the day will wrap up with the 4×100 ran by Brock Littler, Charlie Crawford, Cayden Jensen and Austin Kunkle along with the 4×400 ran by Justin Reinhart, Andrew Mahaffey, Bo Arrasmith and Kaden Thompson.
