If you are interested in learning more about birdwatching, an upcoming program in Dallas County can help out with that.

The Dallas County Conservation Board announced the birdwatching basics program that will take place at 9:30 a.m. and 1 p.m. on March 16th and 17th at Kuehn Conservation Area in Dallas County. Registration is required and each session is limited to only two households per session.

Those who are attending are asked to come dressed for the weather and they may bring their own binoculars, field guides or other supplies. Dallas County Conservation will have binoculars available for use during the program that will be led by Naturalist Mike Havlick.
