An Adair woman remains in critical condition after a single vehicle crash Friday.

According to a report by the Iowa State Patrol, first responders responded to a crash at 8am on Frontier Road, south of 320th Street in Adair. A 2002 Buick LeSabre was traveling northbound, when driver 18-year-old Jaya Fever from Adair, overcorrected and lost control of the vehicle and eventually struck a utility pole in the ditch.

According to the crash report, Fever was transported by Stuart and Adair Emergency Medical Services to Methodist Hospital in Des Moines, where she remains in critical condition.
