The Perry boys basketball team won an overtime thriller 68-64 over Saydel before falling to Nevada 77-46 to close out the Heart of Iowa Schedule.

Perry outscored Saydel 11-7 in the overtime session to hold off a furious comeback by the Eagles.  Drake Levan led the offense with 17 points, while Holden Smith added 16 points and 7 rebounds. and both Zander Mahler and Geren Kenney added 14.

Nevada jumped out to an early lead on February 7th and never looked back defeating the Bluejays 77-46.  Owen Myers led Perry with 15 points on 7-12 shooting.  Zander Mahler added 10 while Geren Kenney chipped in 10 points and 9 rebounds.  Drake Levan led the team with 4 assists.

Perry finishes the Heart of Iowa with a 4-10 record.  Perry will find out their post season trail early Tuesday afternoon.
