The Guthrie Center City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The Council will consider for approval a resolution pertaining to annual appointments, and set a public hearing pertaining to the 2023-24 budget adoption for April 24th. They will also consider for approval the counter proposal for the Grand Street Project from the Guthrie County Board of Supervisors. Repairs for the street have been talked about for months, but insurance for both the City and the County say that neither is responsible for the work that caused the need for repairs.

The Council will then hear a quote from Hydra Kleen during an update from the Street Department. In a report from City Hall, they will also hear an update on budget progress and email and website progress, along with hearing information on a City Hall software migration or upgrade, and updates from the Auditor review.

The meeting will take place at 6:30pm in the City Council Chambers in City Hall. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting tomorrow.
