5:38am: A deputy notified the Union Pacific Railroad of a malfunctioning crossing arm on S Avenue near 220th Street.

9:16am: A deputy investigated a criminal mischief complaint at the Grand Junction City Park.

10:26 am: A deputy assisted a motorist on 235th Street near Quint Avenue.

1:41pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 500 block of Main Street, Grand Junction.

9:45pm: A deputy investigated suspicious activity in the 600 block of East Highway 30.

In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
