Dallas County Hospital recently announced that they acquired a new location in the county to serve patients.

The Broadlawns Dallas Center Clinic will now be taken over by the Dallas County Hospital and be renamed DCH Family Medicine Dallas Center and this transition will take effect on July 1st. Doctor Nick Palmer will be the Medical Director at this new location in Dallas Center. Dr. Palmer has practiced primary care at the DCH Family Medicine in Perry for the last six years and his family has provided care in the Dallas Center area at the clinic. DCH Public Relations and Marketing Director Thomas Harmsen says that this new location will expand the hospital’s  care to three locations including Perry, Panora and now Dallas Center.

“We thought it would be a strategic time with us trying to expand our footprint to increase the bandwidth that Dr. Palmer and others are really benefiting through care. So we just look forward to providing the same exceptional care that our patients here receive, just broadening that even more.”

There will be a reception and ribbon cutting planned for late August to celebrate the transition.
