Sept 11: Accident:
Unit 1 – unknown
Unit 2 – legally parked black 2020 GMC Yukon registered to Alejandra Vazquez Vargas, 224 Baker St., Minburn.
Unit 2 was legally parked in the 400 block of 1st Ave and was struck on the rear driver’s side corner. Total estimated damages $1200.
Arrest: Keala Kathleen Craford, age 24, 500 4th St., Perry was cited with driving under
suspension.
Arrest: Angel Enrique Aguino Batista, age 22, 2907 Warford was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana), possession of a controlled substance 1,2,3rd or subsequent offense, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Accident:
Unit 1 black 2010 Mazda M3S registered to and driven by Angel Enrique Batista Aquino 2907 Warford, Perry.
Unit 2 white 1996 Toyota Land Cruiser registered to and driven by Walter Osvaldo Juarez, 1803 1st Ave, Perry.
Details of the accident were not available at time of media release.
Arrest: Anthony James Johnson Parnell, age 26, 1306 11th St, Perry was taken into custody and charged with possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance 1,2,3rd offense two counts, theft 3rd degree, and ineligible to carry weapon.
Officer received a report of criminal mischief in the 1700 block of 4th St. peanut butter smeared on the windshield. No monetary losses.
Sept 12:
Arrest: Alan Kenneth Bramer, age 60, 2620 McKinley, Perry was taken into custody and charged with disorderly conduct, loud noise.
