The Adair – Casey (AC) and Guthrie Center (GC) School Boards will meet in regular session tonight.

The Boards will discuss upcoming dates, including election of school board members and voting on revenue purpose statements on November 7th, Iowa Association of School Boards (IASB) Delegate Assembly and pre-convention workshops on November 15th, annual, organizational and regular meeting on November 15th and the IASB annual convention and trade show on November 16th.

Both Boards will then consider for approval a resolution authorizing payments, School Budget Review Committee modified allowable growth for Limited English Proficiency allowable costs, an IASB Delegate Assembly representative, and 2023-24 School Improvement Advisory Committee. The AC Board will also consider for approval a special education contract with Woodward-Granger, and then the meeting will enter a closed session for superintendent evaluation.

The meeting will be held at the AC/GC Junior High Media Center beginning at 7pm. Raccoon Valley Radio will have results from the meeting later in the week.
