12:07pm: A deputy and Paton Fire responded to a field fire on 120th Street and R Avenue.
1:06pm: A deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a loose cow in the 1300 block of East Lincoln Way.
5:00pm: A deputy investigated a civil issue in the 700 block of 140th Street.
5:00pm: A deputy investigated and found property at 7 Hills Park.
9:07pm: The Sheriff and a deputy assisted the Jefferson Police Department with a search of a garage in the 500 block of South Olive Street.
10:36pm: William Bingle 56 of Jefferson was booked into the jail for public intoxication.
11:33pm: Kelly Beaman 50 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance 1st offense.
Saturday, October 21st
1:35am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 700 block of Grant Street, Scranton. Akecheta Hudnell 36 of Boone was arrested for public intoxication.
4:43am: Akeecheta Hudnell 36 of Boone was booked into the jail for public intoxication.
3:26pm: A deputy investigated a complaint of found controlled substances at Casey’s in Grand Junction. Makenya Blumberg 23 of Grand Junction was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
4:50pm: Makenya Blumberg 23 of Grand Junction was booked into the jail for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
6:48pm: A deputy assisted the Boone County Sheriff’s office with a hit and run accident.
9:08pm: A deputy investigated an abandoned vehicle on 220th Street and U Avenue.
10:13pm: A deputy investigated a disturbance in the 500 block of North 16th Street, Grand Junction.
Sunday, October 22nd
4:57am: A deputy investigated a trespass complaint in the 500 block of V Avenue.
8:55am: A deputy, Greene County Ambulance, and Grand Rescue responded to 14th Street and Main Street in Grand Junction for a 4-wheeler accident. Alex Treft 32 of Grand Junction lost control of his 2003 Yamaha Raptor hitting a tree. The Raptor was a total loss. The driver was taken to the Greene County Medical Center with suspected injuries. Alex will be charged with driving while barred.
10:47am: A deputy conducted a welfare check near 140th Street and E Avenue.
12:02pm: A deputy investigated a cat bite in the 600 block of Jay Street, Churdan.
12:03pm: A deputy investigated a driving complaint on 220th Street near B Avenue.
12:16pm: A deputy investigated a property dispute on A Avenue near 240th Street.
3:25pm: A deputy assisted with a medical call in the 2400 block of M Avenue.
11:48pm: Kayleigh Anderson 22 of Boone was booked into the jail for operating while under the influence 1st offense, possession of a controlled substance 1st offense, open container driver, and failure to stop in assured clear distance.
In all cases when a defendant has been charged, this is merely an accusation, and all defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
