The Panora City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The Council will tour housing being built by Region XII Council of Governments before the meeting, then consider for approval liquor licenses for Owl’s Nest for outdoor service and Sunday sales. They will then hear an update on the Jackson Street Project, and consider for approval a resolution approving a member to the airport authority, the fiscal year 2022-23 annual urban renewal report and a resolution obligating funds from the urban renewal tax revenue fund for appropriation the payment of annual appropriation tax increment financed obligations in the next fiscal year.

The Council will also discuss a preventative maintenance agreement for generator inspections, consider for approval a resolution approving a three year service agreement with Interstate Power Systems, a proposal from The Reserves Network, and a resolution pertaining to a lease agreement with Lee White for use of his 2017 Case Skid Loader during snow removal events. The meeting will begin at 5:30pm in the City Council Chambers. For those unable to attend in person, there is a digital option available through GoToMeeting.
