Alaura Conklin, Martensdale, was issued a summons to appear on charges of Possession Of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession Of Controlled Substance.  She was also issued a citation for Improper Registration Plate Lamp.

December 15th

Katherine Cataldo, age 20, 306 W South St, Panora, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Driving While License Denied, Suspended, Cancelled Or Revoked. 

Todd Little, age 29, 1423 6th St, Perry, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was OWI.

John Lilly, age 20, 9129 Alpine Dr, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms. 

Scott Pippin, age 47,  Martensdale, was arrested on a warrant for Violated Probation Terms. 

Tabetha Tingwald, age 48, 15742 Tanner Lane, Woodward, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation. 

Hunter Oleson, age 20, 4402 160th Circle, Urbandale, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Violation Of Probation. 

Johnathan Hoskins, age 35, 8625 Crestview Dr, Des Moines, was arrested for Driving While Barred.  

December 16th

Jacqueline Richardson, age 38, 202 2nd Ave, Bagley, was arrested on a warrant for Controlled Substance Violation and Failure To Affix Drug Stamp. 

Aaron Johnson, Adel, was driving on R Ave near Whitetail Ln, when he hit a deer.  The collision caused him to go into the ditch and his vehicle overturned.  He was released by EMS at the scene and his vehicle was towed from the scene with approximately $10000 damage. 

December 17th

Herschel Davis, age 70, was arrested on a warrant for Violation Of Probation Terms. 

Alexander Balke, age 31, 310 NW Mills Lane, Waukee, was arrested on a warrant for Failure To Appear.  The original charge was Possession Of Controlled Substance. 

A criminal charge is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
