Bob Reece Whitten, 87,Visitation will begin at 10am, Monday, January 8, 2024 at Iles Westover Chapel, 6337 Hickman Road, Des Moines. a funeral service will follow beginning at 11am, Monday.

Interment will be at 2pm, Monday, January 8, 2024 at the Union Township Cemetery, Coon Rapids, Iowa.

Bob is survived by his children, Mandy Whitten, Rachel Perry, Connie Dove, Don Bridgeman, Mary Davis and Mark Webster; seven grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents; his wife, Betty; a son, Jay Whitten and 10 siblings.
