
With current weather, game times are subject to change for many schools across the state.
The AC/GC Chargers were set to head to Woodward tonight to take on the Woodward-Granger Hawks, but after cancelations the game has been postponed. Both girls teams are 8-3 on the season, with both also coming off of wins. For the Chargers, junior guard Shay Lemke leads the team in scoring with 13.9 per game and assists with 4.7, while sophomore forward Camdyn Richter leads the team in rebounding with 6.8 on average. For the Hawks, sophomore Addie Lego averages 15.3 points for the team and leads in rebounds with 5.8, while junior Lexi Bogardus leads the Hawks in assists by averaging 2.3 per game.
On the boys side, the Chargers have an 8-2 record, and were recently boosted from unranked to being #5 in the state for Class 1A after victories over the Madrid Tigers and Exira-EHK Spartans, while the Hawks are 5-5 on the season. For the Chargers, junior Noah Kading leads the team in scoring with 15.1 per game and in assists with 3.5, with fellow junior forward Payton Policky leading in rebounds with 8.3. For the Hawks, senior Austin Taylor leads the team in scoring with 16.5 per game and rebounding with 10.9, while fellow senior Bryan Jesse leads in assists with 5.4.
