Now that the basketball season has officially come to a close for the Panorama Panther girls after receiving 2nd place at the Class 2A Girls State Basketball tournament, we take a look at Kaitlin Kent’s career with the Panthers. Her freshman year with the Panthers, Kent barely saw any playing time as she only played in 1 game notching in 1 offensive rebound the entire season. Kent became more active with the Panthers during her sophomore season, playing in 17 games, was 1/5 in field goal attempts made, had 6 rebounds, 3 assists, and 5 steals. Kent solidified her position on the Panthers during her junior season, starting in 24 games while playing in 25, going 12/52 in field goal attempts made, with 78 rebounds, 47 assists, and 62 steals. During her senior season, Kent started and playing in all 27 games, went 21/93 in field goal attempts made, had 83 rebounds, 115 assists, and 91 steals. After four seasons with the Panthers Kent played in 70 games, started in 51 games including every game her senior season, went 34/150 in field goal attempts made, 167 total rebounds, 165 total assists, and 158 total steals.
