There is a public hearing set for tomorrow at the Dallas County Supervisors meeting to learn more about the five year road construction program from the Dallas County Secondary Roads.

Dallas County Engineer Al Miller hinted at the five year project a couple of weeks ago at a previous meeting, and will provide more details about that along with the fiscal year budget for 2025. 

Other items on the agenda being considered for approval include the new administration building project, resolution for a sheriff’s deputy appointment, setting a public hearing for a Waukee Sanitary Sewer Easement, consideration of a compact track loader and motograder purchase, a letter of support from Des Moines Area Community College (DMACC), a county department budget workshop, a capital projects budgeting workshop, and board appointments for the construction board of appeals and the aging resources advisory council.

The meeting is set to take place tomorrow morning at 9am at the board of supervisors meeting room, 902 Court Street, in Adel.
