Dallas Center – Grimes girls soccer competed in their match on Monday night against the Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Tigers, and DCG was able to put together a strong match and post a shutout winning 5-0. The Mustangs improve to 8-3 on the season while ADM moves to 5-7 on the year.

DCG was able to put up a quality effort throughout the evening as they were able to post two goals in the first half and three goals in the second half. DCG was able to get a lot of quality shots, and find success in near every facet of the game during the contest.

The win is the second straight in the series for the Mustangs, as they have won eight of the last fourteen between the two teams.

DCG will have more games coming up this week with Little Hawkeye Conference play back in the future, as they will be looking to put together a strong effort.
