The Adel-DeSoto-Minburn Girls Soccer team earns their sixth win after defeating Ballard on Tuesday for Senior Night.

The game ended early due to lightning, but an early goal by Sophomore Haley James gave the Tigers the advantage. James scored the lone goal nine minutes into the game. ADM went on to win by the score of 1-0. James had three shots on goal (33%) and Junior Goalie Alayna Freeman had one save (100%). Ballard’s Junior Goalie Melissa Wolf did save 10 shots on goal, allowing the only goal of the game (91%).

ADM as a team had 16 shots on goal and 12 corner kicks. The Tigers are sitting in third in the Raccoon River Conference, improving to 6-7 overall (3-2 RRC) and will be playing on the road in Carlisle tomorrow with Junior Varsity at 5:30pm, followed by Varsity at 7pm.
